Chapter 4

Tango held Annie against his chest with his palm over her ass. She felt so good in his arms, and making love to her with his brothers and cousin totally blew his mind. Never did he ever imagine feeling like this. Of course they had friends who were happily involved in ménage relationships, but this felt different. Not just that it was their relationship and it was Annie, it had a lot to do with the circumstances around meeting her, falling for her, and claiming her. He caressed her back and then she shivered as Logan trailed his finger along her arm and down her back, making goosebumps appear against her skin. She kissed Tango’s chest and then ran her palm along his belly and over his abs.

“You guys are all in such good shape,” she said to him and then looked at Avery, Daggs and Jack, who wore their jeans only and sat on chairs around the bedroom.

Logan slid his palm along the back of her thighs and Tango squeezed her ass.

“You’re in great shape too,” Tango said to her and she worried her bottom lip and lifted up. Her breasts pressed against his chest and now her nipples only touched his skin in her position. She lifted higher and then turned to look at Avery.

“I’ve been working out a lot. I found these videos online that teach self-defense moves and other kickboxing techniques. I like them a lot,” she said and then pulled the sheet up to cover her body as she sat on her heels and shins.

“Is that where you learned that throat punch move you used on Bret?” Jack asked and his brother looked angry. None of them really smiled much, but they had been smiling a bit around Annie for sure.

“Jack,” she said and looked away and ran her fingers through her hair.

“Who is Bret?” Avery asked.

“Some dick who made a move on her at McKlinsky’s bar,” Jack told him.

“Is this guy a problem or did you take care of it?” Avery asked. Annie got down off the bed and pulled the sheet around her.

“It isn’t a problem.”

“I’m not sure. He was hanging around the other night before we left.”

“You left and didn’t leave someone around to protect her?” Avery asked.

“What do you think, Avery?” he asked. Tango chuckled.

“We had a lot of eyes on her, but also warned them to not go too close either. Our woman is too likable,” Tango said.

“What are you talking about?” she asked Tango as she turned toward him but then Jack snagged her around the waist and hoisted her up and onto his lap.

“We left some men in charge of watching over you. That’s how things work when your guardians can’t remain by your side,” he said and stroked her jaw.

Tango moved to the edge of the bed and then grabbed his jeans.

“I had no idea,” she whispered.

“That’s the point. It’s our job to protect our woman.”

“But I wasn’t your woman then.”

“You were our woman since the day we set eyes on you and we all felt the attraction.
